We accept all major credit/debit cards and cheques with a cheque guarantee card. And with our 14 day return and refund policy, you can be sure that if you change your mind, or if there’s a problem with anything you buy, we’ll give you your money back. It’s that simple.

Every TK Maxx store is designed to deliver a simple, practical way of shopping. Organised by departments, it’s easy to find exactly what you’re looking for, in the size you want. All our stores have individual mirrored fitting rooms with disabled access. All you have to do is pile-up your trolley with designer labels and shop until you drop.
Q9. What is your refund policy?
We’re happy to give refunds on all items as long as they are unused and returned within 14 days, but only if you have your receipt. For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange cosmetics, underwear, hosiery, swimwear and earrings. Should the item be faulty in any way, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
